Yeah, I had no issues with a return. Just make sure you send it back in good condition, and I think you have a certain number of days, like 30 or something. Don't remember the exact number, but it was reasonable.

How are Fount bags compared to, say, Cuyana or Portland Leather Goods? I'm trying to decide between them.

Fount feels more robust to me, like the leather is thicker. Cuyana is nice but sometimes feels a bit 'softer' if that makes sense. Fount's construction seems more old-school durable.

I've had bags from both Fount and Portland Leather Goods. Fount definitely feels more 'luxury' in the finish and hardware. Portland Leather is good for the price but Fount just feels a step up in quality and attention to detail. Both are good though.

The welcome discount is usually 10% off. They do bigger sales, like 40% off, but those are way less often, like once or twice a year.

I used the 10% on my first order for a card case, it was fine. You can't combine it with other stuff though, so keep that in mind if they have something else going on.
